Effective August 26, 2026. These terms apply to parts ordered through https://shop.ncrperformance.com. Placing an order means you accept them. Who you are buying from NCR Performance, 446 N Park St, Suite E, St. George, UT 84770. We are an authorized independent Rough Country dealer. We are not Rough Country, LLC, and Rough Country is not the seller in this transaction. Rough Country® and all product names are trademarks of their owners; vehicle makes and models are named only to identify what a part fits. Prices and orders Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Availability shown on the site reflects the manufacturer's warehouse and can change between the time you look and the time you buy. Your order is an offer to purchase; it becomes a contract when we confirm it. If a part is priced or listed in error, or is no longer available, we will contact you and either correct it with your approval or refund you in full. Sales tax is added on orders shipping inside Utah. Fitment Fitment information on this site comes from Rough Country's own fitment data for a stock vehicle of that year, make, model and drivetrain. It is accurate as a guide, but it is not a guarantee for your specific vehicle: a lift already installed, oversized tires, a different trim or cab configuration, or other aftermarket parts can all change what fits. Most in-stock parts leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days and ship direct from Rough Country's distribution center. Oversized items (full lift kits, bumpers, wheel and tire packages) move by freight and typically take 3–7 business days depending on your location. Those are the manufacturer's normal timeframes, not a guaranteed delivery date, and we do not control the carrier. Inspect freight deliveries before you sign. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery — that note is what makes a freight damage claim possible. Tell us the same day and we will handle the claim with you. Returns Unopened, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Freight items and special orders may carry a restocking fee — call 435-229-7512 before you ship anything back and we will tell you the exact amount for your part and give you the return address. Installed parts, cut or modified parts, and parts returned without contacting us first cannot be accepted. Refunds go back to the card you paid with once the part arrives and is inspected. Warranty Rough Country backs its suspension products with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty, administered by Rough Country under their terms. We help you file the claim — that is the advantage of buying from a real shop instead of a marketplace seller. Keep your order number. We do not add a separate warranty of our own, and no employee or automated message can extend the manufacturer's. Installation and safety Suspension, steering, brake and lighting components affect how a vehicle behaves. They must be installed by a qualified technician, using the manufacturer's instructions and torque specifications, and re-torqued as the instructions require. Lifting a vehicle changes its center of gravity, headlight aim, driveline angles and braking, and some modifications are restricted on public roads where you live — that is your responsibility to check. We do not give installation or torque instructions by text or phone; bring it to the shop or follow the manufacturer's documentation. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular tire size, ride height, or road-legal outcome. Limits To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for the part. We are not liable for labor, downtime, towing, rental, or other indirect costs. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, and nothing here limits the manufacturer's own warranty obligations to you.
