What we collect, why, and how to get it removed.
Effective August 26, 2026. This policy covers https://shop.ncrperformance.com and the text messages you exchange with NCR Performance.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, shipping address, and what you bought. Card details are entered directly into Square's payment form — they go to Square, not to us, and we never see or store your full card number.
When you text us we keep the conversation and your mobile number so we can answer you and so the next person who helps you can see what was already said.
Like most websites we also see basic technical information your browser sends (IP address, pages viewed, device type).
Why we use it
To take, ship and support your order; to answer your questions about fitment, shipping, returns and warranty; to keep records we are required to keep; and to improve the store. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make the order happen: Square (payment processing), Rough Country (the manufacturer, who ships the part to you and therefore needs your shipping address), our shipping carriers, and the service that delivers our text messages. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting you. Email or call us and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it — subject to the records we have to keep for tax and warranty purposes. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (for example under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act); we honour those requests the same way, at no charge.
Children
This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
